Becoming a Client
Becoming a client couldn’t be easier! Our first meeting is free of charge and without obligation, it is an opportunity for us to get to know you and see how our services can be of help to you. You can get in touch; by phone, e-mail, writing to us, or by visiting our offices. See our Contact Information for full details.
Here at Beardmore & Company we are able to work around your needs, we appreciate it can be difficult to find time during the working week and we are pleased to accommodate evening and weekends meetings to suit your lifestyle. Our team also has all necessary software to allow remote onboarding and virtual meetings, allowing us to discuss your needs without the need for travel.
1. Defining the relationship
A starting point will be to get to know you and establish the scope of service needed and how much it will all cost.
2. Gathering the data
Collecting information on your savings, investments, borrowings, property, pensions, insurances, income, tax and much more.
3. Analysing the situation
The next stage is to make sense of all this information, creating a range of preliminary conclusions and initial ideas for ways forward.
4. Developing your plan
The financial planning report is a key document in setting out your objectives, the recommended strategies and specific solutions.
5. Implement recommendations
Carrying out the agreed recommendations can involve setting up pensions, bonds, ISAs, insurances and arranging trusts.
6. Monitoring & reviewing
This stage acts as a catch up with what has changed – either in your own circumstances or in the financial world generally.

I have been a client of Stephen’s since 2001, through all the economic changes! I feel that he prioritises my needs, circumstances and preferences. His professional and caring demeanour elicits my trust and respect and I had no hesitate in recently recommending him to a friend.
Mrs S Parnell
Cannot thank Richard enough for resolving a very difficult pension issue – without his invaluable knowledge of pensions market and his patience I would still be clueless! Once resolved he talked and advised me of all the options for my future! Highly recommended.
